Conard County 2.0 - Update

Rachel Lee 's Conard County 2.0 is underway, as many of you will have noticed from the change in the appearance of the site. David and I are still working on refreshing the appearance of the site, and there is more to come. I wanted to update you on the changes we have made so far.The updated commenting system is now working, you can comment on almost anything on the site! Rachel enjoys hearing from you, so please feel free to make a comment where ever you wish. The site now includes a search function that will make it easier to find articles relevant to whatever subject you are interested in. The site now also has the improved layout and navigation we promised when this started. We are still sorting out the new artwork we would like to include on the site.

It's been a work of love and learning for us here at Conard County. When two sons decide their mother should have a website for her beloved Conard County books, things can get a bit interesting. We've had a lot to learn, and were a bit ambitious when we started this project. A lot of stuff that we put into the site worked out well, some turned out to be unneeded, and other stuff just didn't work.No-one can be as demanding as the owner of a website. Particularly one who writes for a living! We've had more than one tiff about what the site should say or do, but all in all, things have worked out well. (We love you Mom!)
We've had alot of requests for improvement to the site over the past year, and David and I have made plans to overhaul the site. We've already begun the work, and here are some of the improvements we expect with the rebuilt site:
